Dr. Vicki Walker is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and the Washington Family Medicine program. She served as the Vice President of Medical Services and Quality for the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, where she was responsible for supporting the medical directors and providing leadership and oversight of clinical care and QAPI across nursing homes, hospice and home health agencies in 24 states. She remains active with AMDA, the Society for Post-acute and long term care medicine, as a certified medical director and a State chapter representative to the board, a member of the Public Policy Committee and chair of the Clinical Issues Subcommittee. She also serves as a Clinical Professor for the Sanford School of Medicine and faculty for the Healer’s Art course.
