Gillespie MD, RD, CMD, FACP, AGSF is Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Geriatrics/Aging and Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Gillespie is Associate Chief of Staff for Geriatric Extended Care – Rehabilitation and Medical Director of the Community Living Center at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center.

In our first podcast, AMDA-On-The-Go host, Dr. Wayne Saltsman, MD, PhD, CMD, FACP, interviews Dr. Cari Levy, MD, PhD, CMD. The topic of discussion is the JAMDA article "Effects of Legal Access to Cannabis on Scheduled II–V Drug Prescriptions". Dr. Levi also discusses her first-hand experience with PALTC patients in Colorado and the need for further research in Cannabis use among older adults. Dr. Levy will be presenting at the AMDA Annual Conference in Grapevine, TX, March 22-25.
